1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rustic Beard website and purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable Australian law.
Rustic Beard is an Australian men’s grooming business based in Queensland.

2. Products and Availability
Rustic Beard produces and sells small-batch grooming products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, photographs and prices are accurate.
Because our products are made in small batches, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture and fragrance may occur.
Product availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve stock.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or correct genuine errors in product information, subject to applicable consumer rights.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Rustic Beard is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). Accordingly, GST is not added to our product prices.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Payment services may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant provider.
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or an order contains an apparent error.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted and paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Rustic Beard currently ships within Australia only.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times depend on Australia Post and the destination. Estimated delivery periods are not guarantees.
Express shipping may be available by prior arrangement. Customers must contact info@rusticbeard.com.au before placing an order to confirm availability and any additional charges.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
We consider change-of-mind return requests made within 30 days of delivery, on a case-by-case basis.
Change-of-mind returns require prior approval and are generally limited to products that are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with any tamper-evident seal intact.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs associated with approved change-of-mind returns.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used grooming products are not ordinarily eligible for change-of-mind returns.
These restrictions do not apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Product Use and Safety
Customers should read product labels, ingredient information and directions before use.
Our grooming products are intended for external use only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Individual sensitivities and allergies may occur. Customers should review ingredients carefully and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
If you experience a significant adverse reaction, seek appropriate medical advice.
Product descriptions and general grooming information on our website are not intended as medical advice.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations or your rights under applicable consumer or product safety laws.
