Our Philosophy
Rustic Beard began with a simple need: natural grooming products that worked for our founder. What started as a personal project grew into a business when others tried the products and came back for more.

Our Ingredients
We seek out the best natural ingredients we can find, favouring traditional, recognisable ingredients sourced from Australia wherever practical. We choose natural ingredients over synthetic alternatives, selecting each for its quality and purpose, with nothing included unnecessarily.
The olive oil we use is Australian-grown and single-estate, produced from olives cultivated in Victoria’s Goulburn Valley and Mallee regions. Its traceable origins reflect the importance we place on knowing where our ingredients come from. We also use grass-fed beef tallow in our formulations. Native Australian botanicals play a leading role in our fragrances.
Every Rustic Beard fragrance is developed in-house. We work with individual botanical oils, refining each blend until it has the character we’re looking for.
We make our products in small batches, taking the time to get them right. We’ve developed our own manufacturing techniques to achieve the consistency and finish associated with larger-scale production while remaining hands-on throughout the process. Some methods take longer than others, and we believe the quality of the finished product should determine how we work. Every Rustic Beard product is handcrafted in Queensland.
