Change-of-Mind Returns
Rustic Beard may consider change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery.
Acceptance of a change-of-mind return is at our discretion and requires prior approval.
To be considered, products must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In their original packaging.
- In their original, undamaged condition.
- Accompanied by an intact tamper-evident seal, where applicable.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, products that have been opened, used or had their tamper-evident seals broken are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@rusticbeard.com.au.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The 30-day change-of-mind period and product condition requirements do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved or required under Australian Consumer Law, it will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage associated with approved change-of-mind returns.
Where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, Rustic Beard will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us before returning any products so we can provide return instructions.
Product Reactions or Concerns
If you experience an unexpected reaction to one of our grooming products, discontinue use and contact us.
We may request product and batch information to assist our investigation.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
